A. I attend the Industries top advanced training seminars and hands on workshops with the most experienced instructors, Master Sharpeners and teachers . I use the same equipment, tools and processes used by the highest quality service providers in the sharpening industry. If you have never used my service, I will set up in your location and sharpen a shear for free so you can see for yourself if our service is acceptable to you I believe you will like not having to mail your tools away for 3-4 weeks.
Q. Why are your prices lower ( or higher) than your competitor?
A. We work hard to deliver the best quality service to our salon professionals. Our equipment , service cost and consumables are expensive . Educational and training cost are typically $600 per day . In spite of this considerable expense we still strive to offer a fair and competitive price for QUALITY service.
Q. How are shears, capes and salon apparel delivered?
A. We use the United States Postal Service. We are always open to other services that may better fit your needs.

A. We ship from our own warehouses & factories located in US.
